NOTICE is hereby given that Meridian Community College will receive bids for:
Theatre Lighting System
Until 10:00 o’clock A.M. local time on June 9, 2023
Sealed bids will be received by Meridian Community College, Lauderdale County, Mississippi in the Physical Plant Conference Room located at 910 Hwy 19 North, Meridian, Mississippi, 39307 until 10:00 a.m, June 9, 2023. Electronic bids may be submitted online at www.meridianccbids.com. Bid Documents and Specifications can be viewed and obtained online at www.meridianccbids.com

Meridian Community College reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, waive technicalities, informalities or irregularities in the bids received, solicit new bids or to choose that bid which is deemed to be in the best interest to the college. The Bidder shall be responsible for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Community College from all losses, damages, expenses, claims, demands, suits and actions brought by any party against Meridian Community College as a result of the Bidder's failure to comply with the provisions above.
